  I'm not a big fan of the doorway/roof thing for the doorway. From the screen the trackitecture doesn't seem supported well enough and you could use a door frame.. I know pier warehouses are bland, but you should consider some "weathered" or rusted colors to mix in with the green.

  trackitecture for the sake of trackitecture isn't good, it looks ou of place here to be honest, the nets could be done way better with the right wall object from the vanilla rct pirate theme...

  Yeah, like the ideas, but that awning looks like you copied it out of a park from 2004.
