I agree with CSW. This is a nice shot. The foliage looks pretty decent, and I like the balcony rails around the bumper-cars! I don't think there is "not enough color" as you said, but some brighter colors in maybe the flowers could make it all a little nicer!
Not enough different colour. Flowers/planters at the front of this screen would make it an awful lot better (I think using the bright pink NCS flower could work, or one of the blue/purple ones).
NCSO is so limited that you really have to be innovative in how you use objects; this is very classic NCS, bit like that screen Chocotopian posted a few days ago. If you continue this style throughout the park I think you could end up with something quite nice.

Yeah lel. You don't have to be innovative, you can also just use six different track types on each part of a building, essentialy finishing a tile every one hour, leading you to only upload highly unfinished screens.
A great little building. Yeah just needs some flowers to liven it up. And I would also change the roof to something else. By the way, NCSO is limited but you don't need to use objects in a weird a way and tons of zero clearance to simulate CSO. You might as well just use CSO if you're gonna do that.

... so you're saying that i should lower my standard solely so i can finish a product that, albeit faster, doesn't make me happy? I mean, I use a lot of detail (and i know you're referring to me solely here) but I don't feel my stuff destroys the purpose of NCSO. I, kinda like with a lot the people who do codexed LL, like the challenge of making more substantial, detailed things using a limited amount of objects that at times don't fit necessarily. I wouldn't say that's exactly like LL, but the comparison fits here.
I personally never like not original stuff. You never see me use mods or other user created content. I'm always afraid user created content does not fit the style/ideas of the game. But it might just be the problem that I don't know what to do with thousands of really tiny pieces that you've got to put together to create something nice.
That's fair enough. Stick to what you know and enjoy, but don't be afraid to experiment every now and then. Even if that's just with colour or a ride you don't usually use.

Interesting screen. I think a trim of the green or another color would look nice before the brick fence on top.

I don't think it needs another trim colour, I think it needs the flat sections of roof turning to grey/black.
