• Description

  Project Phoenix - Phase 2 updates - Progress continues as the Lake Scarlett Resort updates are around 80% complete, and the first coaster addition is in the final stages of raw construction by @CP6. You will notice the new HVC tower at Lake Scarlett takes similar design cues from the main tower/resort as it expands its capacity in order to support the need for the dedicated/private entrance into HOA.
