Very technical and impressive.
Think it would be nice if you could make the foliage and terraforming more organic. I understand you went for a manicured look, but I think either you've overshot a bit, or you could make a manicured look that has aged a bit: little weeds, the grass mixing more with dirt where it's not supposed to, discolouring in the tarmac, etc.

ooohh i feel like this is one of those things that is WAY harder to make look good than I suspect, and i already suspect it's pretty hard. looks great man.
agree with others on the foliage, i like the buildings but everything else does feel slightly like an afterthought.
The flat mini coaster track stands out in a bad way. I'd either change that or just remove it and I think it would be fine. Also can probably change some of the backstage vehicle colors to add some more pops of color. I know white it typical but plenty of parks have backstage cars in other colors. Besides that, I love it!!
