Welcome! Curious to see more from this project. You could really elevate this by adding some AC units to the roof and perhaps a bit more manicured flowerbeds around the path/seating porch below the signage. More color will help!

Thanks for the advice, been making more additions already to the building. This is my first serious foray into CS, it's coming along easier than I thought. What exactly do you mean by more manicured flowerbeds? If it's what I think it is, I'll just say in the area this is in it's meant to look a little rough around the edges, definitely will put some flowers in though.

    Good stuff! Welcome.

I'd look into adding some umbrellas, or even the tables with umbrella scenery objects outside instead of the benches.

For the signage, I'd suggest moving them directly above the entrances, or even in the grass next to the entrances.

    Looking forward to more!

Quite like this. Reminds me of Paul999 a little bit with the wide macro. Love that little terrace around the building and the RCT1 beta brick walls.

Welcome to the site! Thanks for posting here. Not sure how much feedback you're looking for. Nevertheless, a good place to start might be by adding some trim pieces around your windows and where the roofs meet the walls and the walls meet the ground to add some texture and depth. I also like the suggestions above of adding umbrellas. You might also be keen on adding some details to the roof, as right now it's rather large. Maybe some AC vents, or some roof texturing. But overall nice work!

I'm always looking for feedback. Really eager to get any good advice that I can from y'all, there are many great builders here. Currently though I am kind of having more of an f-about with the custom scenery from Xtreme's 2021 Bench, and I'm not truly skilled enough to put too much detail in. I did add HVAC and I'll definitely add more umbrellas too. I'll update soon.

This is a major expansion to a timeline park I'm building originally called Great Adventure Park, now renamed Lake McClain Amusement Park in 1989. It's my first serious foray into using custom scenery, so there's a mix of CS and NCSO, mostly the latter. Hopefully I'll learn from y'all here on NewElement. Been a big fan of this site for years now.
