I'd legit frame this.
Fabulous! My only critique would be the waters edge where the clumps of green grass touch the brown mud, could use a little more finesse there.
Part of me was sad that redoing Agencia would mean getting rid of some of the existing cool stuff, but upon seeing this I'm just looking forward to the new stuff mostly. It's incredible!
Like I said on discord I think you need to put a few trees between the architecture and the map edge for visual buffer. Not necessarily a full bush, even just a row of Steve trees on the map edge.
Loving the unique architectural style. I agree with Xtreme about the water. I also think you should consider doing more with the open grass space top right. Overall this is fantastic tho.
