Just brilliant.
I love the inclusion of greystone/brownstone/Chicago school style architecture, it's a perfect look for quarter-tile style building in RCT2, ubiquitous in American urban areas, but criminally underused.
Those are some very authentic looking houses; very beautiful architecture.
