  Thanks guys, I'm flattered! About the lights and billboards - honestly you're completely right, but I guess I'll have to keep those suggestions in mind for the next time I do a nighttime urban environment like this one.

  Nah, I was going for the modern-day Kowloon city. The Walled City has crazy potential for an RCT theme, but it's a bit of a massive undertaking that didn't fit what I'm going for here.
