one thing, it would be awesome if you could somehow gradient out the opacity on the lighting effects, so it was brighter in the middle and more transparent to the edges, rather than looking like a pretty solid square of light... not sure if this is even possible, i don't really know how objects and stuff work.
Work on light and a night-time atmosphere. I often use photoshop but I wanted to find a solution on RCT2 for a raw effect. It was originally one of my projects for the MM competition, I finally take it as a research project.
