I would not have used the tan paths on the elevated brick but only as the paths. And I would have used the cobblestone path only for the roofs. Other than that, the paths provide breathing space and frame attractive focal points as the primary attention from the eye, destroying the myth of the necessity of detail, especially the muddy-brained overabundance of detail in every single thing. Composure is the focus. And simplicity is beautiful—something created by a clean and focused mind.
