Something i did on older RC&F crime themed squares, the color might be monotonic but this is a recreation of the bank map from payday 2, i really want to add some liveliness here but i feel like adding coaster to this really broke the recreation aspect of it -

It's a bit dead like you say, but still, well made! To add some life, you can add some grime and trash, as well as some moving traffic. Even if it's only a car or two. Would also recommend against using a path texture for the roof. Roofs look like paths, paths look like roofs, no depth.
