I still think the spire needs to be just one 1/4 tile higher so it is level to the crown moulding.

I agree with gdb I think you should make the tower a bit higher. Other than that it looks really good imo.

The mix of comments above wrap everything up. It looks good, it's messy, and the tower should be a bit taller, especially given the heights of the buildings behind it.

Might as well do what BG said too, would look a lot better I'd say.

I really like that entrance, well done!
I'm not sure about the other buildings though. Their purpose is not really clear and they're all a bit messy indeed.
