    It look like a broken Darrieus turbine, or some sort of vertical axis windturbine. And there is a little human in hermetic suit next to it, probably coming to see if there is some spare pieces to fix his mechanic submarine worm, he most likely saw it from afar and was relieved to see sign of life in such remote place :)

    Really intrigued to see what this is about! Storytelling in RCT is always super exciting to me. Excellent landscaping here, though the border between the grass/mud and the fisch rocks seems prominent.

    I rather like the sharp edge between the rocks and the grass.

     

    I also really like the scene, with the mysterious structure, the crashed vessel and the little explorer. The scene is tastefully sparse yet contains a large amount of story telling.

     

    The style makes me think about traditional point-and-click adventures. This could easily have been a scene from such a game.
