Wow this screen really draws you in. Great macro and micro, feels very compelling and lively. Foliage borders on the chaotic, but overall it seems to work - except maybe for that palm on the beach, I think it's not needed. Those rock objects are always hit or miss too, but I think you're making it work!
Also agree with Thethrillman that the cutouts in the church feel a bit abrubt - maybe adorning them with trims and decorations would mitigate that a bit, if you don't feel like changing the shape of it.
Last comment would be that the long lines of hedges on the right look like they might be a bit repetetive and eye-catching, but without seeing that part in its entirety it's hard to say for sure.
Really good stuff, I see you only have three screens up so far and they are all really impressive. Keep it coming!
I don't like the indents on the roof of the building would have been nice to have sloped glass. But overall great screen.
Thanks for that great idea. Im playing with some trims now but the idea of having some transparent roof sections would allow me to be able to build out the inside of the church as well.

Palm tree gone. Once you said I immediately started googling some real world images of place where I imagine this and there isn't a palm tree in sight.
I am working on those edges of the cutouts or maybe a transparent roof that would allow me to build out and showcase the inside of the church.
Foliage seems to be the roughest part for me. I am constantly trying to find a balance of what looks good and not overcrowded/overgrown but I more often find my work looking not finished. Any tips to maybe clean up my foliage would be super helpful.

I like overgrown things, i'm not sure i'm qualified to give advice here because this is impressive to me, but if one thing, some colors on the foliage could help, if this is Sicily you can go for orange/citrus trees and purple flowers.
If you are worry about make it look clean, maybe you can use some thick ancient looking stone fence where there is no fence next to the car-road in the old-town.
Maybe it's just me but the bush that look like a recolored 1/4 tile jungle bush i think is a little off in color. It sticks out to my eyes, and is a bit everywhere. You could keep it only for "shadowy" area it help organize things and remove some foliage in the steepest sharpest area to leave the grass/dirt tile visible with only very thin grass near the edges of the cliffs where the salty wind is rough for plants.
And there are Palm trees over there ( in southern italy/ mediterranea) but they look less like coconut trees, more like cycad in game object (imo). Mediterranean fan palm, or european dwarf palm for google pictures . They are not many out there in the wild, more planted by humans as lanscaping/gardening in the north-west part of mediterranean shore.
Again i'm not sure i'm qualified for advices, i worked on something similar sometimes ago and it reminded me of my research at the time.

Wow thanks for all of this, its all really good help. I'll see what I can come up with! Foliage recoloring and clean up is step one.
Finally finished the church portion of Mezzatore with a slight view of the city surrounding it. Peeps in the park but no cars on the street yet.
Considering scraping the LOTR style rocks up front and using the Fisch Rocks instead.

Love this, it screams atmosphere. Great archy. The busy foliage works, though I think you need to throw in some other foliage colors.

Yes lol, I liked the idea at first but now I'm less of a fan of the current roof shape and am in process of changing it up.
