This is really good man, better colours then what I saw in disc. I think you should throw some covers on the queue, thats some free atmosphere. Path could use some cruch, a second texture or some cracks or something.
I think that fence on the right hand side of the screen, how its right up on the path infront of a grass area, looks bad. I would move the fence back to infront of the train track and get some mowed lawn texture on there.
I voted it a 60. It's fine, decent Silver level to me if completed to big enough scale. The garden foliage is quite nice, and the interaction with track and coaster is well chosen. I also like the little ramps to enter/leave the ride. It's nice when people give attention to good queues. To improve I could see more finesse in the style developing, which currently you don't have because you don't have enough routine, ie hours in the game.
Foliage could be better. Agree with Mattk about the fence; maybe another seating area? Also needs more path additions (lights, litter bins, benches, etc.). Could also use some brighter colors. Too much gray. 55% from me.
I think it’s good. Exciting to see you improve so much.
To me it’s mostly just the colors that need work and a possible different path choice.
Concerning the colors, I would have more of a plan. Plan out the area with maybe only 2 colors per building, ride, etc. with those colors being a main color and an accent and that match up in a known colors scheme, such as “complimentary”, or others. with a purpose for each color. Perhaps write out this plan, for example: a main color for ride vehicle, supports, gardens, etc., and an accent color for track, fences, etc… as long as there’s a purpose for each color in your own defined rules, with those rules adhered to throughout the park and as long as they make sense according to known color schemes.
Agree on the path being to gray and having too little details. Also the coaster seems to clip through that tree after the turn around from the lift hill.
Overall the screen feels very cold to me with all the grays and the other cold colours. I think you could improve this by adding details in different colours and by changing the colour of the balloon ride.
Up, up and away! Named after famed aviator, Bessie Coleman, the first female African-American and Native American pilot, now you too can be brave and soar to new heights while piloting your very own hot air balloon!

This is shaping up to be some of your best work yet. Love how the coaster circles around the balloon race.
