Interesting. Good fusion between scenario and ncso modern realism. Your love for chairlifts is inspiring.

This is super nice, love the gritty vibe you've created with ncso, usually its quite tough to pull off, super clean too!

    Looking forward to more.

Glad to hear this; I definitely want to have a classic beachfront park feel with a bit of grit to it, as an old park like this may feel. Blackpool inspiration with a mix of fairgrounds and boardwalks.

    Orbiter is my everything

That Zamperla mini mouse is spot on.

Looks great! The way you've done the supports on orbiter is neat - with the default ones joining the base. I love the horizontal stripes on the slide too.

My only complaint would be the colours are a bit too ecclectic. I get that's what you're going for but I think you can afford to narrow the scheme down a tad.

That's easily the best slide I've seen in RCT! Love the very compact kiddie coasters. You don't often see those Zamperla Mini Mice.

This has such a nice atmosphere, some grittiness combined with a lot of charm.

  • Description

Established in 1955, the Giant Slide has been a family favorite for over 50 years. Meticulously restored and maintained over the years, it continues to provide thrills to all ages for the low price of $1 per ride.

The Giant Slide is flanked by an assortment of attractions that changes frequently. As the park has begun focusing on more permanent attractions, Orbiter (2005 addition) and Runaway Rick (2009 addition) have become two cornerstone coasters for the Mighty Midway, catering to young thrillseekers and their families.

The park's historic 1964 Skyride crosses the entire area. Specially engineered to provide the best views of the seafront park, one of the towers is famously positioned *inside* one of Scenic Railway's turnarounds, bringing guests a mere 15 feet above the riders below.

Scenic Railway is the park's second oldest coaster, built in 1931. Recently refurbished in 2019, the ride is largely in its original state. The station building was reconstructed after some structural issues were discovered, and the trains were repainted and restored for the first time in about 20 years. This included installing one of the trains in reverse and modifying them to support brakeman-less operations. The running joke is that Blue Train was installed in reverse by mistake and the operators thought it'd be funny to leave it that way.

(Work in progress. Need to add/adjust some things!)
