  Researchers have braved torrential downpours and treacherous waves to investigate a mysterious phenomenon in the center of Lake Michigan. They know not what this hole in the lake is, where it leads to, or what monstrosities lay below. All it has is a name, one that sends jolts of fear down the spines of everyone in the greater Chicago area; the Hydro Portal.
