Those supports are really well done, as well as the area as a whole. Those stacked train cars work well.

These round NCSO theaters are popping up everywhere! Still cool though. Not sure you need box supports along the entire layout. Don’t arrow loopers use single support beams/posts later in the layout?

Nice supports for the turnaround, I quite like the diagonal path alongside the lift too.

Easily one of my favorite "newer" builders. Can't wait to see more from you!

@otter I have to say I was inspired by the SG theatre here. Did try to give it my own twist using the traincars for walls. I agree on the supports, in hindsight I think default supports would have been just fine later in the layout.

@In:Cities thank you. That means a lot coming from you.

Messy but consistent latticework is always cool. Also like how you put this monstrocity in the middle of the area! Good screen.

    Two thoughts:

    - unbank the 225 degree turn at the top of the lift. Most pre-drop stuff has very little banking because the train's speed is slow

    - considering adding some trees. Doesn't have to be a forest, but a tree here and there can help break up the area into smaller spaces.

The banked post-lift is based on this, probably

There's also a number of trees, they're between the path and ride zone. They look like they're all rotated the same way even though they aren't, so they blend in pretty easily - a few different trees would probably help with this.

That's a turn with a much tighter radius though.

Corsican pine is the perfect tree here.

What kind of Custom supports did you use?

  • Liampie%s's Photo

The ones that you see. Do you want a list of .dat names? Bumping old screens are fine but this is borderline spam.

    Yes.

    Yes.

There's no custom objects in this screen. You can find the objects in the default tabs.
