  Really nice; clean. Lacking some life to the paths (peeps, benches would help a lot).
  
  I know you're challenging yourself with no hacks, but I'm going to comment on it. I think there's some lost potential as a result. It's a very commendable effort, but fixing up those paths under the awnings and adding some more greenery along the buildings NCSO-planter style with barrels and shrubs would take this from really good to excellent.
