i agree with pokecoasterempires, the flowers feel random and don't match. also i'd remove the tree on that small rock island in the middle of the bottom of the screen. as far as the rest goes, outstanding LL, i just wish that we'd get to see some more of the rct2 you're so good at
Very exciting! Bright entrance ambience, very much a classic causeway runup. Looks like no z/c required, and its great to see how far you can get without it.
This screen has me interested in how builders pare down any potential visual clutter and reinforce a focus on the path and structures. Possibly could be furthered by sinking the white fences on the path islands 2 units and trying a more solid texture in place of the red-check path awnings? Manual's onto something about the crispness.
@Fizzix: I love them too, frankly the only thing I personally love here.
@][: didn't even notice there was no hacking in this screen, it's not intentional. Yeah, hacking is overrated. It's funny how you talk about focus and preventing clutter, because in this area I wanted to get that random, awkward look of old LL parks. In my previous LL parks, I almost always have certain 'rules' per area, here I mix it up with random combinations and awkward choices like the fences around the trees. That's an idea I got from one of WME's parks, where I noticed an area had a lot of single trees on the path with really bold fences around them. It looked terrible and amazing at the same time. So in short, thanks for the suggestion, but I'll definitely not lower the fences. :P
@csw+others: glad to hear, flowers were another experiment here.
@Everyone: thanks for the comments and praise! 82% is really fucking high for something so random and low-concept. It's supposed to be crap, seriously.
I'm making progress on this map at an extreme pace, made 75% of an area in just a couple of hours. It's slightly more modern than this, but it still has some crispyness to it. Hope to show some in a few days. Started another area as well, but I don't know how fast that'll go. These inspiration rushes don't last forever, and moreover this second area is more landscaping-heavy I expect. Got a badass coaster and potentially badass theming too, though, slightly more original than most of my classic ripoff stuff.
I didn't think it was possible that LL, with its limited options, could progress much more from the designs we've seen over the past few years, but it's fantastic to see that your architecture and layouts in the game are becoming ever more refined and aesthetically pleasing. Kudos!

I'm not sure how I feel about the flower colours. Love it though.

I love that, especially the entrance arches.

It looks very "crisp" in a way that most LL doesn't.

The pine tree is out of place IMO
Apart from that, I like what I see.
Another LL park from Liam? I'm not complaining

Trademark Liam screen. I love the flowers. They can make or break the atmosphere, and here they really make it. Nice job.

I like the flowers too. I also like the red that the chequered path tiles bring. Very nice screen.

If it's anything like Corkscrewed's Meadowbrooke Falls Theme Park, I'll be overjoyed. That just screams old-school.
You seem to never run out of gas, and I love it! From one project to the next, it's original every time.

Agreed. There will need to be some serious explaining if liam isn't voted most productive
