Really cool idea. I don´t think it would work with the combination with water though. Seems like a technical shitstorm waiting to hapen from a realism perspective. Maybe only use it as a darkride, because that part shows so much potential in your screenshot.
I'm assuming there's a transition into a show building at the start of the lift for all the red dirt area. It's neat, but I feel like the lift itself is an element that Disney would disguise or theme differently - in fact, the sub theme and a gravity-based ride system don't seem like a good match if you're going for the "simulated sub dive" of 20k. A powered coaster would do better there for smooth movement.

Calico Gold Mine and Casey Junior are both powered coasters and have lift hills. Plus, unless he's vehicle hacked an invisible car on the front, the submarines are powered. I think what he has is a neat idea.

Yep it's powered, the subs only go their original speed other than the lift

100%, I think realistically there'd be a track that lowers it into/lifts it out of the water, or no water at all. I originally got the idea from the DisneySea version where it's all on dry land and they use effects on the windows. This'd be somewhere in between
Testing out a prototype for a 20k Leagues/Submarine Voyage ride system, I like the effect, just need to make sure to avoid glitching and do a better job on the scenery (though I like how the lift area turned out with the rocks)

Best screen of your Tomorrowland posted so far. Lift hill supports are neat and the idea looks suitably fun.

I like this a lot. This combo could work well in a throwback 1920s boardwalk setting too as a gimmicky concept ride.

Like the feel of this and the support work is minimal but neat.
