Like I commented on the other screen, crude, but it shows promise! Your paths need some more love. Inside the themed are the paths are quite narrow and therefore the buildings are not getting enough room to breathe. The back facades, featureless, are completely exposed to both us viewers and the in game peeps, as the path leading out of the area takes them on an accidental backlot tour. Just obscuring this side of the buildings will work wonders, drawing attention towards the parts that matter and solving the backlot issue. Still, paths could use some more width. And a less obscured entry into/out of the area than walking through a tiny shed on the side of a street.
