Looks like a fun theme, and props for using a coaster type you don't see to often. I think that cut is done very weirdly, that jagged edge is almost distracting to me. And its too much roof right now. Maybe you should make the cut away part bigger, will show more of the ride and will eat up some of that overpowering roof and help with the jagged edge.

Interesting variation on the Hershey Park 'tour' which is actually a ride just outside the regular theme park.

The idea really reminds me a bit of the cow factory. I think the interiors look cool, though I highly agree with G-Force. Change the roof texture. Also be carefull not making the roof too big.

It has been done before, there is a ride type for it. Including turning cars. It was a hell of a job, especially the double track and the adjustments of the degrees...

Really like the way you've done the track, and the scenes look very nice. I do agree on the roof, and maybe add some more details if you can to break it up a bit so it's not so massive and boring.
