  about the path: i know it's ugly to some eyes and it might be a bold choice, but i personally really like it, so i will probably keep it. but definitely not all parts of this will have the same path type

   

  about the black squares: keeping them for now. i will see if they can stay forever when i figure out how to do traffic on this. i think they work well with standing traffic but i might get problems with working one.
