Looking good so far, but that backstage area is distracting in the worst of ways. Maybe some extra stuff like parking or something to give it purpose would help.
Looks great! Nice combination of colors, details and textures. As CC9 says you could easily elevate it even more by adding a bit of details to that dirt lot behind the houses. Thinking a 1/4 tile dirt path along the walls could be a good start. Another nice touch could be to add some thickness to the walls wherever there are any openings so they don't look too thin, like the gate opening out to the patio or the archway in front of the stairs. Easiest fix is to throw in some 1/8 deco blocks with a texture of your liking along the sides of the openings.
I like it, but I wished you didn't paint all your buildings in the same colour and took some inspiration from that link with the German towns I sent you recently. I'd consider making one peach building a different colour. And that includes repainting the wooden framework.
The rest of the area is nicely well made and it seems you haven't got any peep problems so far. I'd say that's a plus so far
Definitely agree with the others, but on another note, I love that t-shirt object being used the way it is and also digging that wishing well you got going on!
Sadly I think this is a step down from your previous work. I think it’s the scale. The archy is a bit squat which makes the buildings feel stretched out a bit.

I get what you are saying about the scale, at the moment I'm looking at other great parks and members to see how they handle the scale. But this park will be a step up from San Esteban. Give me the time
scoop, I don't see how they are squat, look fine and boxy to me. Seem like they are intended to be bigger than 2 umbrellas, so that scale works. Color variation could be done if it fits theme.
I like the t-shirts. That building in the back is ruining it a bit. It looks a bit bland. This really needs something to elevate a bit, have you tried adding some foliage/trees and flowers in front of the buildings, maybe?

This is the front of the building, which is pretty OK imo. Adding some foliage here and there could help, good tip. But I was planning to cut some out of the back to make it look less squat (and repaint the walls too ofc).

is that a hanging shirt object?? if so, creative use. it looks better than the brick trim people normally use

This wall needs more detail IMO. add flowers, add trim to the roof

I cant help to feel but that this is a little too flat and underdeveloped in general. It's definitely getting there but it's missing pieces.

I made the building a bit smaller to make it look less squat. I also adjusted the colors of it.

Better. I would prefer the sign to be of the non-scrolling kind.

I'm liking the new colours. Maybe add some of the red/white awning at ground level?
