Atmospheric, but I think this area would be a lot stronger if the textures were more organized. You got a few roof types to many in my opinion. Also, do these buildings have a function other than being pretty? You might want to imply that there's something to do in this area. A sign, a seating area, or anything else you can think of.
Keep in mind this section was built in last September. Even though it's lacking in some parts, I'd like to keep as much of the original work as possible. (This section is also the first thing I did in LL other than scenario play.)
It has an old school charm. The use of tile paths is tasteful and the 2x2ism has that comfortable quality that works well.
If you're going to have a 90 degree turn on the aqueduct, try using rapids track. And I'm not sure every section of indoor path has to be the black sand. Maybe try to vary the look a little more.
