Yeah, the skew took is really helpful. I usually make the objects in Photoshop first and do the perspective tool in there before importing it into the editor - but both techniques work.
I love your use of color. Very bold and contrasting. It flows very naturally. The blue highlights in the window look very nice.
I hope you'll add some landscape changes throughout the map - even just small subtle elevation changes from building to building. This section seems a little flat at the moment.
Looks fantastic! I like that you show all 4 angles of the same building, it looks great in every view. I'm with Coasterbill that the only thing that looks a bit plain is the small white arch, rest is filled with nice touches and character. And the actual character looks awesome. Perhaps throw in some steam coming out of the chimneys for a final atmospheric touch? Unless it looks too cartoony?
