I like what you have going on here; it just needs refinement. It's good that you're trying to break up the straight facades, but there could be some cleaner ways of doing it. The coaster station seems to be the most well balanced structure in this screenshot.
I appreciate the vibe, although the tan BBQ roof is clashing with the tan wood of the coaster station. Also, perhaps your foliage could be placed more intentionally, especially near the path, but also by making the plants more 'clumped,' rather than sparsely spammed to fill empty space. Would really benefit the atmosphere.
Other than that, I like the diagonal desire path, and the train station looks cool.
I like a lot about what you got already. I would suggest to have another look at the roof hanging over the entrance of The Front Porch Cafe; you could for example make that roof a little smaller or give it a bit more support. I would also suggest a different color for the logo of Buck's BBQ. The grey seems to blend a lot with the grey tarmac and grey brick walls.
The foliage could definitely be cleaned up a bit, especially in the planters around the path and stuff, they should be more neat and organized. That's really the only thing holding this back from being quite nice.
Perhaps there's too much tan too, seems to be your default go-to color. The BBQ and mini-coaster station could probably benefit from a different color choice.
Architecture has definitely been one of the harder things to grasp in OpenRCT2 for me. These are some of the buildings I’ve built most recently. I’d love to get suggestions on these. Thanks!

Be careful of inverting colours. It usually doesn't look good. So a tan building with a white roof looks bad next to a white building with a tan roof.

What Faas says. Here's Liam's thread with useful tips. And they are tips, not rules.

Try a red roof instead of the tan roof!
