Description
I'm trying to get better at building better coasters, and I am wondering if this coaster (named Pistol) has a good layout. It is a western themed coaster, and I added some things to show how it functions with the scenery and surroundings.
Behind the mountain is a break run, and in the giant center gap there are some buildings with food and other goodies. -

It may be a little slow toward the end there. I would play around with that figure 8 thing. other than that, not too shabby. Keep in mind, the environment can turn a meh layout into a spactacular ride more so than a great layout can make up for a bad environment.
Not too sure about the stuff after the helix around the tower. But as ^above^ said the surroundings will make or break it.
It feels too short, especially after the helix around the tower. It seems like you have a GCI feel going, so why not keep the ride fast, long, and flowing?
A few of the transitions look awkward to me, and that first airtime hill just doesn't belong there. Other than that, I agree its a little on the short side but that's ok.
