A poor pirate sailor happened to get an old treasure map, and he decided to buy whole island on the map since there was no X mark which indicates exact location of the treasure.
He's now planning to develop this area as an amusement park, progressing excavation at the same time. He has funds borrowed by his captain, and some gold coins he collected hard for several years. He can use it to support his budget.
Scenario mission is to achieve monthly ride attraction revenue over 12,000$. -

I usually spends 3 days for each scenario on average. This one was relatively simple so it took 2 days for planning + making!
A bit similar to an idea i had. Might still do it! Looks nice.
This one is wonderful, incredibly creative. The idea that you're actually building an imaginary park on the map, planning out how you will develop the real island in the future.
Two days people.
