Love those street lights, those are cool. I might rip those off.
I'm not a fan of the rock texture as a parking lot unless your going for gravel which it doesn't look like you are. Ive never seen a gas station laid out like that before, I'd drop the third set of pumps and maybe move the second one beside the first. That would free up room for another business right there.
Really it seems you build in a macro style over a micro one, so don't worry about the details too much. It looks good.
Hey. The roofs over the pumps are too high. You try not to forget about details (good), it's also a detail. Maybe you should pay attention to the height of the guy - it helps.
I like that you're learning how to make your parks more realistic, it's clear that you're learning. On the other hand I hope you will also make more crazy parks in the future, and not just realistic parks.

Liampie, I have a very crazy big park, insane roller coasters and very strange haha, I did before meeting the NE, I will search and post.
This park is made up of islands that will be interconnected with train, chair lift, eletric bond, bridges, boats. (land width 180 x 180)
The challenge for myself is to do nothing strange.

Battle boy makes a good point about the roofs.
