Description
this is my first project in a long time ever since tycoons paradise went under, i didnt think id find another orct2 group that was the same, and this seems like the place for me, its pretty much the same although the rules are a bit more lenient
just to clarify that this is a work in progress, and i dont have a lot of experience without custom scenery so the buildings are a bit basic -

Man I really like this. Cool atmosphere. I think you might have overused that wooden pole fence a bit too much, but it's still nice.

Cool screen, good looking sport fields. I'm not a fan of all the white/purple roofs though.

The rooves could do with some variety and the colours clash a lot, but that woody layout looks really cool and the composition of the area is nice

Also, there might be a tad too mucht trackitecture roofs for my liking.
You did capture the boardwalk/beach feeling very well though.
yeah and this is even small compared to actual beaches, ocean city maryland is HUGE
