Yeah, this is really cool! The one thing I'm not a fan of, and that applies to all your work, is how busy your landscaping is. Random patches of red sand, uncohesive tree selection, underbrush in every available colour, and now you have brown palms too. I want to say less is more, but then this style of what I could call 'maximalism' is also kind of your signature style.
Yes, very young player generation maximalism, where "everything" is an aesthetic in itself. Liam, they would probably respond "but the original I'm basing this on looks like that!". The kind of look that comes out in Royr's case is somewhat easier to appreciate for me, and I'm a fan of the bright and "happy" personality in this work.
Then also, I'm very impressed just by the sheer amount of content there is. You must have a very well established rhythm and routine of building, which not many players achieve. With the strong focus on infrastructure, this reminds of RCTNW, with the happiness factor coming from J K.

Looking good. Maybe the direction signs on the high way are a bit low if you're going for accuracy. Couldnt see a big truck passing under that

The colour palette works wonders for this park. I can feel the heat! Feels very GTAish so well done.
