Holy shit, that ship in the shed is amazing. The little lighthouse peninsula is super cute. It's pretty fantastic in general. The only downside is that you're going a bit overboard with fence stacking and mixing roof textures here.

Another great screen for this project! I agree with Liam about the mixed roof styles and textures, but everything else is wonderful. So many lovely details throughout this screen, lots to enjoy.

I love this resurgence of killer ncso work!

Reminds me of The Custom House by Nathaniel Hawthorn.  So good job.  Very interested to see how this all comes together.

This is the first screen of this park that actually appears interactive and not just like some random architectural experiment. Even though the steel and wooden post fences still don't quite always improve the textures, it's still a major step above everything I've seen thus far from this project.

(but if the composition-heads love the rest of it, who am I to say differently?)

Always been a massive fan of yours. So glad you're continuing. Without doubt, you're my favorite NCSO builder at the moment.

Excellent stuff. Every time you mix scenery and items from seemingly different themes, it all works together so well and nothing looks out of place. Lovely textures, with picturesque little scenes being created everywhere. That boatyard idea is fantastic too.

Thanks for all the helpful comments guys! I agree about the different roof textures, I used those to achieve those typical gambrel ("dutch") roofs with the upper slope positioned at a shallow angle and a steeper lower slope. This wouldn't be possible without mixing different roof types, or using trackitecture, but I'm not a fan of that :)

Thank you Jappy! I was looking at your ncso project the other day, looking forward to see that finished one day as well!
