Well holy shit
Quite nice. Very routinised and professional looking. Very clean and tidy too. Not overly detailed which I much appreciate. Nice to see a rare coaster element, and nice to see bold colours. Also happy about your attention to little park elements - the dark brown areas, and calm and unagitated garden work there.
I would remove the very big tree object, most visible right in the middle of the top half of the screen. It's just such not a very well made object and removes a lot of class from this. You also already have quite a big selection of trees going on.
I'm also never loving the red path that seems ubiquitous in every project. I don't think it looks very good against the super strong icy blue.
Nice, like the little details in the dolphin pool. Excited to see more.
I wonder if there isn't a way to break up the sea of light blue on the roofs there just a bit more... but that's a pretty small complaint.
Always felt the dolphin pool could be cleaned up a bit, otherwise its great, obviously. Lovely stuff.

Pretty cool. Only thing I don't like is the brown landblocks/area near the dolphin pool/lake thingy. It looks a bit empty and unfinished imo. The blue building and the coaster look stunning.
