Your work to me almost feels like cartoon parodies of theme parks. Realism is not so necessary if you have the guts to create and evolve your own style. You can follow the masses in safe passage, or lead the way as true greatness, obtaining the crown to your own kingdom. Pick and choose advice, but continue developing your own direction. Well on your way to standing out from the crowd... don’t conform. Tear it up. Burn the rule book. And write your own.
i like the big patches of mowed grass with marble-ish white stuff around it. reminds me a bit of busch gardens africa.
I'd recommend a bit less green 'trim' on all your structures. A theme shouldn't be reliant (usually) on just one or two secondary colours for cohesion, but instead should be able to have individual colors for each building working harmoniously to build an atmosphere together.

I'm dividing the park into sections, for example this is the white area
Trying to follow all advice received
I mean this time I'm not randomly building, I'm planning as best as possible
