This is artsy and interesting and creative and I'm here for it.
Will say, the ice-texture to white pieces to nothing conversion, while really cool, seems a bit off given the difference between the ice and white blocks. Maybe that's your intention, but some ice-blue pieces to blend it would help. Dare I say, 1k nets...
The bent road reminds me of that one scene in Inception. If you're looking to emulate the disjointedness of dreams, you're certainly on the right track. Wouldn't change a thing.
This screen makes me happy. So glad you're back. Please keep building on this. the others haven't left much to say. my only comment would have been why is there a realistic coaster element (batwing) in a fantasy park, but then I realized in a dream one could conjure up a realistic element regardless of the setting so who cares. Love all of this screen and like sax said, wouldn't change a thing.
Thanks guys! Most fun I've had in a long time building on a project. Definitely learning as I go on how to convey this idea effectively so I appreciate the suggestions.

Thanos is destroying the buildings. But seriously, very nice and creative, and I really like the spongebob reference in there as well
