Love the details on the building, particularly the lowest windows. I do think the scale makes it look very flat though, just because when you start to go that high with few changes in the vertical face, it becomes hard to overcome that single plane....
The blue feels really out of place here, and the texture of the tan does as well. As weird as it is to claim to like something if it were duller, it would feel more tangible to me. Again, you may have recced this and it looks like this IRL, but it doesn't make for convincing RCT work.
The scale seems very off as well, as the ground floor is at least 4 times as large as any other storey, and the 2nd floor twice as large. I get that having a large ground floor is normal, but this seems a bit wacky.

I based the interior of this one on the Fisher Building. I actually had a tour of the Fisher Building and it was awesome.
