I don't particularly like those blue castle walls. In fact, I think they're a bit too different here.
The entrances as an entrance is a bold choice and I think it's not worked out well here.
The rest is nice. I like the foliage.
Love the creativity and new ideas from a fresh member. Over time you're style will develop, so keep thinking outside the box. We always need more of that on NE. I like the custom supports too.
Use the different land textures to blend a bit more. Under the trees & shurbs you can use the grass/dirt combo etc.
Obviously it's still a WIP, so once you get fences, lamps, bin, benches... other bits and pieces... it'll look way better.
i do not think those custom supports are doing you any favours.
Yeah it really needs a lot of refining. In terms of landscaping, I do want to keep it simple for the theme to work, but there's definitely a lot to do on it.
Yeah I've been playing around with a few different supporting styles, I'll see what I can do. I'll be using the clouds a lot for the tall bits I think.
Hey, did the dwarf with the gold go?!
This is looking great so far. More could definitely be done with the small foliage; it would blend better if you had at least one additional type of shrub/bush and one more flower color (even if it's green).
