Good day.
I tell you: Try to think for a moment what kind of stores you would like in this area of that park.
Then try to build them (not necessarily big ones, they can be small like this stall on the bridge.), Maybe one will come out bigger. Then think about the building / buildings above the water - try to make it possible for you to associate them best (maybe with some close person or your pet or memory)
and improve them.
I think this would benefit from some thicker and more lush foliage. But I like what you've got so far. Definitely listen to the tips given above though.
I like the coaster, especially the bridge with the roof looks cool. Actually, I think the whole area around the coaster looks good.
The buildings look okay but the corner building looks kind of flat. Maybe try to add some objects that stick out of the facade a little or move the facade a quarter tile forward or backwards.
As others have said the swinging ship looks kind of boring. Maybe consider making it a custom ship so you can spice it up a little bit. In any case I would change the loading platform, it looks quite big and empty now. Maybe consider adding a small hut for the ride operator or try to make it a bit smaller.
Other than that it looks quite nice, curious to see what this will turn into.
The swinging ship is a little boring as mentioned, but I also should point out the coaster's odd banking patterns (right under the lift hill). Where the ride dives under itself over water, I feel like that first half of the hill shouldn't be banked. It feels pointless and I think it'd cause some discomfort to the riders.
Foliage could be thicker and I kind of feel like this coaster, even as a B&M sitdown, doesn't invert at all.
Great work, otherwise, on this! Each screen gets better and better, so keep up the good work!
Unfinished** dont know how i feel about the buildings to be honest, pathway is an attempt to make it look rustic/ sh*t up and not cared after, any feedback is welcome :)

Every time I see this, it keeps getting better and better. Keep it up, seriously.
Notes
- The swinging ship is boring, especially the queue. Try awnings.
- The faded brown fences around the MCBR blend in too much, try the warm brown
- Autosupports under trees
This could be really good. Just don't be afraid to revise and tear sh*t up.
