  I like the layout except for the kinky (oioi) diagonal hills. Just a personal preference; I know that a lot of people tend to do it; but I find it looks awkward on diagonals.

  Not bad. I'd still like to see more foliage; it's too spotty for my personal likeness. I like to encapsulate my work in an amount of scenery that emulates a very powerful atmosphere...and there is simply not much of that here.
