  Juuuust a touch lifeless.  Mystic Timbers may be ultra clean with flawless tarmac and bright woods and cements... but it's also brand new.  Give this some grit.  Characterize some of the buildings with some aging and some variation in color/texture.

  Your planters and retaining walls are pretty much unparalleled; it's an overlooked aspect in this game that adds a ton of realism to whatever you do.

  Keep some of the red roofs though, maybe use Black roof on some of the other buildings.
