Something about this is pure magic to me. I love how comfy cozy this appears! One gripe I do see is that I don't like those dark pine trees. They don't seem to match the appeal of the architecture.
I think you're being too small and individualistic in your architecture to create a whole good-looking area. It's like if faas played fantasy rct. It simply doesn't have that charming, quirky composition that most of the screens you've shown thus far in this project. I'd seriously consider redoing this.
The colors thing is my secondary issue with this. Just picking an overall color scheme and using it can go a long way.
I agree with Shotguns? - Some larger, connected-together buildings and also non building structures (walls etc) would help make this more immersive. Also more cohesive colours.
@shotguns & alex - I see the points you're making, however this screen is a transitional area of the park, the upper left buildings are for a village, the bottom right buildings are leading into another section of the park, hence the variety in style and color. I'll see what I can do to implement some changes to it, but it makes sense in the grand scheme.
While you can always evolve, I think your architectural scale and style is what makes your work unique. Personally I think this is awesome. I sort of want some detail under that green building up on stilts but otherwise I love it.
I think this perfectly captures the idea of a park being as fantastical as possible on a realistic budget The green building on stilts, and the rowboats on the river are definitely my favourite highlights.
What's there's really good, I just feel there should be more houses? It ought to be more urban... Right now it kind of looks like a picture of a small town where someone has gone and simply cut out every other house and pasted in pictures of greenery instead... It might make more sense once we see the bigger picture, however!
Path and composition of the area makes it feel very stale, the buildings are more or less fine but I feel a bit more creative placement and composition of the area would help a lot. I kind of imagine a bit more terrain interaction with the buildings and some larger bits of foliage interacting with the path and structures.

I feel like this is a step down from previous screens. I will try and go into detail about it later, but it just feels off.

the architecture is adorable. part of me thinks the path textures are a bit clinical and boring, you could experiment with some more interesting ones.

I like this except for the colors. Too many colors in one area, but as you said, it may make more sense as a whole picture.

I think the small scale is what gives this such a whimsical feel, it's great.

I think that empty area behind the houses needs to be filled in with something busier, perhaps another structure.
