Feels alot like a Shotguns? clone or relative submitting an entry. Its a decent entry but i lack the bigger picture for now. Does have some really good elements
the awning texture doesn't work. ruins the screen, both in its use on the balcony/fire escape, and as the path coverings.
Gotta agree with Louis on the path coverings. Something tamer would look better to the eye. There's also something going on with the use of another tree on the same spot as the Silver Birch that doesn't look too nice. Maybe because it seems to be using dark green, whereas the Silver Birch is olive green? The trees across the street that have none of that look just fine in comparison.
I do wanna say those are just my nitpicks, though. Can I know which area (cough) "bobby1992" is from? That's some beautiful work, and I'm interested in what town/city/country he's going for. So good.
Get rid of that tree man it looks like shit. I also agree about the awnings. The change between the textures of the buildings and the awnings is very abrupt and don’t fit. Also you’re missing an object over the purple and white awning. Think it’s a Victorian piece.
Singles? In my area? It's more likely than I think.
The facades are good the rest is not.
I think this is pretty good..."Bobby." Those trees look quite odd and those awnings look not great.

Those awnings just ruin the screen. Get rid of them and you have a great screen. Gorgeous archy.
