That one roof texture is really ugly, but maybe it's just the colors. I don't know why you're using tarmac for roofs, but using normal blocks for paths/parking. I also don't like that the planters are so dramatically different, yet so close to each other.
I dislike the monorail used there, but the rest is nice.
Whilst you don't use the best of objects, the structuring is nicely done, and you think a lot about the placement of things, and the little details (like the wooden coaster and the flags)
I think the reason why your work is stronger than most peoples isn't because it's the best quality, it's because its got the most thought put into it.
Thanks so much for the feedback everyone. I'm reading all of your critiques and will definitely be making some changes.
I had a question about the cars though. I want to have cars in the parking lot as the park is peepable and it's very unrealistic to have the best spots in the lot empty on a crowded summer day. Are there any custom cars you think I should be using instead?
In regards to the roof and road textures the only reason I didn't use the tarmac for the parking lot was that it looked really glitchy with the cars. As far as the roofs I'll change them.
I think the long roofs could use just a little something extra, just to spice them up a bit. But the peach coloured building is really nice in its simplicity. I also think the selection of tall trees is a good choice.

I really like the wide plaza, but there should be something in the middle between the two planters, like perhaps an American Flag.

Dutch flag.
I'd remove the cars, that object is a nightmare, and I'd add street lights in the middle of the path.
Overall it's yet another nice screen, anyway.

If you look at Goliath: http://www.nedesigns...k/2628/goliath/
There are objects of the car-ride cars. They are your best bet.
