Description
Flashback to my Head2Head 7 R2-losing park, World's Fair. Meant to be a realistic, if fantastical, take on a turn-of-the-century French world's fair, the park features smaller international pavilions and larger glass pavilions focusing on scientific, technological, and cultural advances. I still love the concept and may look into revisiting the park with a better, more organized map.

This didn't look like Worlds Fair from the overview, so I'm disappointed to see its not brand new stuff. Still this park is awesome and its definitely grown on me since the contest.
While this does have technical and conceptual virtuosity, the composition as a whole suffered and it ended up being unreadable in areas. While being dense is good and is desired to execute the concept of a world's fair, I think certain things on this map could have been more intricately placed to allow for the stacking and density not to overwhelm the viewer. I think largely, you could have done better with one less pavilion to give the park as a whole the breathing space it needed, as well as saving yourself time to have properly finish the park.
Whereas I still agree that this is better than bermuda, neither of them realized their potential as truly epic H2H releases. 80%

I'd love to see this revisited.
First thing that springs to mind is the truly horrible coaster this park had
Version1, it's as though you've become a parody of yourself.
Loved this back then and still love it now, such a great concept.
Nope, I'm just not somebody who says "Oh, an H2H park? I LOVE IT"
Im baffled.
a) who is saying that?
b) why are you suggesting it's this binary thing of either saying you love it or pointing out the thing that you find most truly horrible about it lol
The concept was so great and i agree that it may got a little bit unorganized, but it was still an amazing park!
H2H has produced some of the content on this site, since it made many of the traditionally realistic builders do more fantastical work.
I love all the domes & spires. The tower is one of my favourite standalone pieces in RCT.
Suffers the fate of being too dense like most H2H parks.
It's the park's own fault it has such an horrendous layout
No matter what you think of H2H, nobody can argue that it certainly has produced some of the content on the site.
I don't think I appreciated this when it came out, but I find it's one of the few parks from the contest that I come back to somewhat frequently, along with diamondheights and the Wild West.
I actually looked at this randomly the other day, it's so excellent. I love it. Can't remember what beat this, anyone?
oh i liked that too, very fun.. this was unlucky to lose though, probably
I really hope we get another World's Fair type park in the future, so much untapped potential in something like that.
