You got the basic layout, wich would do but I would go for a steeper lift and drop. I also think the last small hills are to big, the same for the floater hill after the turn around.
Edit: It also has no brakes anymore at the straight part before the helix.
It's certainly not bad, but it needs some more work to it to make it flow better, right now everything is very abrupt, all the hills come to a point and are really drawn out etc.
This looks HUGE. I think you need to scale it down to get it better looking in game. Make it 70% or so of the real height and length and I think some of the things Louis mentioned will fall in place a bit better.

Agreed completely. Making it a smaller scale will also help with theming.
Definitely scale it down - check out some of the submissions that incorporate typically large coasters and examine how they've been scaled down slightly to better fit the RCT2 aesthetic
