Hey sexman ! Lovely vibes here, full of colors and life. For me the thing that seems off is the archy, maybe a bit too square in some places.
Also the skycars seems unfinished.
Those people are most definitely not watching the tram car and about to get bitched at by the PA system.
Should I use a custom audio track that just blares "WATCH THE TRAMCAR PLEASE.. WAT WAT WAT WATCH THE WAT WAT WATCH THE TRAM CAR PLEASE" over and over again?

I'm not keen on the structures, everything ends so abruptly, like the shapes are just so boxy, which is realistic, but cause the roofs are then all totally flush its literally just a bunch of boxes.
If you made the flat roofs lower slightly or added more detail around the tops, I don't know, its just an odd thing.
It may also be down to the really massive and square carousel building.
I feel like all the ideas are there, but the execution is lacking, its like your Knoebels before you went back over it.

Louis, this was an extremely helpful comment. I'm sinking the roofs one unit (or raising the facades 1 unit), and I'm also gonna kill the carousel building (I don't think it needs a building at all). I think you nailed why I didn't like it much either, even though I didn't really know it.
The trim on the buildings definitely added a lot, though the carousel seems a bit bare now and maybe even a bit dwarfed by the buildings somehow... That's just my impression, though. Maybe put it on some sort of podium?
nice! lots of stuff going on, seems fun
WATCH THE TRAM CAR PLEASE... looks great!
I do like what you've done here, though I find it kind of drab, to be frank. I'm not exactly sure what's causing that feel, though.
Good work, Sax!
Great work.

We all know what Julow is thinking about.... =P

Nice rec of a ridiculously ugly pier (compared to the other 2). lol
Do I suspect another fanfic coming up?
In all seriousness, this boardwalk seems like a fun place to be. Looking forward to what else this boardwalk has to offer.

EDIT: I found the perfect soundtrack.

Yes.
This is great. Good mix of ugly cheapness and bright colours to achieve maximum pier vibes.

I really dig the "boat tag"!

Everyone else: thanks for the compliments!
Here's an update screen based on Louis' comments. I'm much happier with it now.
