This is really coming together now. Amazing atmosphere! Area around the tower could use some upgrades though, it's a bit plain. Also, the stuff on the roof exceeds what a theme park would do. It's the biggest trap of a city theme: making city architecture instead of theme park archicture. I know that trap very well... I would not remove what you've done here, but I would also tone it down in the rest of the area. Get it to look like a theme park more. The integration of rides and other theme park specific features is part of this challenge.
Somehow, the black of the bricks on the waterside seems to be a little overbearing... I love the architecture in general, though. Brings back the memories of my own Japan trip!
Stunning. Move those fountains a bit farther from the building so they don't splash on people and so you can show off more how gorgeous that is without distracting the viewer.

The signs are great. Especially the T-mobile sign and the building it's attached to are fantastic! Difficult theme, really good execution.
I love the fall/autumn feel this has, it may be the best ever.

It would've been cool if someone tried to recreate the Asahi building (aka "the golden turd"), but it looks really good as it is, too.

I am in love with this! Definitely the best area of the park at the moment!

This is just great. Incredibly well detailed.
Just "wow" on the advertising banners.
Very well done, Leonardo. We need a full scale solo from you.
