  I really like the three buildings in the top-center and the monorail running through them.

  You see, I liked the use of color in  your second american screen, but here it starts to become messy and lacking unity. The path isn't helping for sure; I'd go for one whole path-type here. 

   

   

  Secondly, I feel little purpose in your architecture beyond just being there, if that makes any sense. Nothing tells me barring signs what most of these 2x2 and 2x3 buildings are. 

   

  I do like the carousel, though.

  I think you may need a cover on the carousel to make it seem more elegant, instead of sort of just plopped there. but the surroundings are excellent
